Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support individual development.

Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential, with experience teaching Key Stage 2 preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum and assessment practices.
- Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities to manage planning, assessment, and reporting effectively.
- Eligible to work in the UK without any restrictions.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
