From diversity & inclusion to mental health, we always value the human touch. As part of our commitment to diversity, we become a member of the Valuable 500 and we headlined the Global Recruiter Summit in 2019 talking about unseen disabilities. Everyone has access to Randstad’s employee assistance program, covering everything from financial to mental wellbeing support.  We’ve also invested in training up a number of our team members as mental health champions to help those who need support in the workplace. We’ve also created ground-breaking films covering people’s journey as they return to work after maternity, illness and mental health. Most importantly, we’re always listening to our employees to create new initiatives to ensure we’re truly making work meaningful for all.
