I joined Randstad UK&I in 1997 before taking the helm as UK Group CEO in 2021 following five years as MD of the company's Public Services division. In that time I have powered continued growth and success, motivating the people I lead to be courageous and innovative, while carefully balancing commercial performance with technology and the power of the human touch.

I lead a number of finance teams in the organisation, including management accounting, commercial finance as well as procurement and payroll. Finance is at the heart of our business and my team takes on a pivotal role in exciting transformation projects as we support Randstad in its journey to becoming world class.

My innovative IT team plays a pivotal part in keeping the business running and ensures that we have the tools we need to be the world’s leading recruiter. We are responsible for end-to-end business transformation and are pivotal to driving growth, efficiency, optimisation and engagement through our people, process and products.

Provides high quality expertise within it. Able to persuade and convince others in a direct or indirect way whilst demonstrating a strong drive and commitment for delivering outstanding results.

Focus on continuous development of all business lines and produce practical solutions in line with Randstad's needs. Have the composure to stand back, take a dispassionate view and make well-considered decisions, even in high-pressured circumstances.
