During my seven and a half years in the Commercial Finance Team, I’ve found that if you are willing to work hard and to learn, then the opportunities available to you are endless. I started as an intern in 2012. Since then I have been lucky enough to take part in an International Finance Management Program (including a 6-month secondment to Randstad India), have been fully supported through my CIMA qualification and progress in my career to a manager-level position within the team. It’s a fantastic group to be a part of with a great team spirit, very supportive management and a wide range of projects which always keeps things interesting.

The commercial finance team has provided a wealth of opportunities during my career at Randstad so far. We support and challenge the operation teams across a diverse range of recruitment sectors. Analysts are supported through their accounting qualifications (ACCA/CIMA) and there are a wide range of development courses that depending on your career/journey you will be supported to attend. Every year so far has been a different year with a new set of challenges and goals, which has enhanced my development.
