Many of our competitors claim to have uncapped commission but when you drill into the detail, they don’t. We categorically do.
To add, if you’re money motivated, you can make the choice to take part in our share save scheme for 6 months. That money can either be cashed in or you can purchase the shares at the end of the 6 month period.
If that’s not enough wow factor, how about the fact that if you purchase shares, you receive 50% bonus shares if you’re still engaged in the scheme after 6 months of purchasing the original shares.

How do we reward
our long-serving employees?
At Randstad we want to ensure that our employees who have gone above and beyond for us over the years and proved their loyalty are recognised.
After five years of service you’ll receive a gratitude of thanks in the form of £100, as time goes on this amount increases:
- 5 years :£100
- 10 years: £250
- 15 years: £500
- 20 years: £1,000
- 25 years: £1,500
- 30 years: £2,000
When you reach your 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th and 30th anniversary, one extra week’s holiday will also be awarded in the year your anniversary falls.
