-
we are taking action.
We believe every one of us has a role to play in creating an inclusive workplace and a key element of that is ensuring that our people have greater opportunities to get involved, collaborate and feel valued for the unique contribution they bring. From our leaders to our wider community, we are dedicated to threading diversity and inclusion principles into our hiring, business processes, communications, innovations, and our offerings to candidates and clients.
-
our commitment.
As part of this commitment we signed up to the Valuable 500 and Time to Change pledge, we are a global member of the Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion, and we are a Disability Confident employer. In 2020 we became the first staffing organisation to be named in DiversityInc's top 50 companies list. We take a holistic approach to supporting the wellbeing of our people with a focus across mental, physical, financial, social and career pillars.
-
investing in
our inclusive future.
We have invested in inclusion and wellbeing, but we also recognise we have more to do and we have a clear plan in place to achieve even greater diverse representation and a deeper sense of belonging for all of our people. We have launched a monthly inclusion matters series to help inform our people on all things D&I from inclusive recruitment practices, to inclusive behaviours, understanding privilege and the importance of allyship.
-
investing in
our inclusive future.
We have updated all of our diversity data fields in line with best practice and will be running a Be Counted self declaration campaign to ensure we have the data to inform insightful and data driven D&I interventions. We have launched a curriculum of focused diversity, inclusion and wellbeing learning, from our leadership team and senior managers undertaking inclusive leadership training, to mandatory e-learning, resources and information for all our people to ensure an understanding and commitment to expected inclusive behaviours across Randstad.
