saracens competition terms & conditions.

1. This Competition is available for participation by registering your details on www.randstad.co.uk/saracens.
2. There is no cost to register or enter the Competition. The Competition is promoted by Randstad UK Holding Limited ('Randstad')of 450 Capability Green, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU1 3LU.
3. When entering the competition, you need to be aware that the individual that wins (“Winner”) takes part in publicity via social media.
4. Randstad is unable to accept any responsibility for entries that are damaged, incomplete, corrupted, or not received by Randstad.

• The Competition starts on 23/11/21 and finishes on 15/12/21 18:00hrs.
• The Competition may be available after the closing date but no entries received after the closing date will be valid for the prize (as defined below).
• The competition is open to all individuals over the age of 18 within the UK that have uploaded their CV using the form located on the following page: www.randstad.co.uk/saracens

• The prize consists of corporate hospitality for the winner and 9 guests at StoneX Stadium, box 7, including food and beverages (up to £1000* spend) for the Saracens vs Worcester Warriors game on 26th December 2021.
• In the event that any prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the control of Randstad, a reasonable alternative will be provided.
• The prize is worth approximately £3000.
• Travel expenses will not be covered by Randstad.

• The Winner will be selected by an independently verified computer system.
• The Winner will be notified by email to the address provided in your entry.
• When contacting Randstad, the Winner must confirm that they meet all of the eligibility requirements for the prize to which they are entitled.
• If the Winner fails to respond to the email within 48 hours, the Winner will forfeit their prize and Randstad will award the prize to another participant that has been selected using the independently verified computer system.

• The name and location of the Winner will be held by Randstad for 28 days after the closing date of the Competition.
• Randstad will share the personal data that you provide to us in the course of entering the Competition for the purposes of administration, sales and marketing.
• Your personal data will not be sold to third parties however it will be shared with third parties or companies within the same Group as Randstad for the purposes mentioned above.

The application and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
