Working with a temp who is perfect for your school? Once a worker has been in place for 12 working weeks or more, suppliers on the framework will not charge a temp-to-perm fee (also known as finder’s fee) provided you give them 4 working weeks’ notice.

We harness the latest technology and job boards to find you great candidates, along with utilising our existing database of active care workers. If it's a temporary staff member you're after, we can use smartphone technology to deploy the supply staff that can get to your setting fastest. For permanent workers, we can manage the whole recruitment process for you, from posting job adverts, to interviews, to offer management.
The candidates we'll supply to you will be fully vetted and compliant. They are screened using Safe Screening, and have also completed Covid aware training. We also provide up-to-date training to all our candidates to ensure they are fully qualified, by partnering with specialist training provider EduCare.
