What you'll do:

- Develop Strategic Account Plans: Craft and execute comprehensive plans to achieve sales goals and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that your clients receive the highest quality service, tailored to their specific needs and budget.
- Manage Client Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contract updates and renewals.
- Drive Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's reach and revenue.
What you'll need:
- Account Management experience, proven ability to maximise accounts and build relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build rapport with clients and effectively convey information.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail to manage client records, track progress, and ensure smooth operations.
- Ability to take initiative, lead projects, and manage complex relationships
