Job Title: Crane Slinger/Banksman

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Crane Slinger/Banksman to join a team in Gravesend. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) ticket and have experience working in a similar role. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently guide the movement of cranes on construction sites.
- Communicate effectively with crane operators using hand signals or radio communication.
- Ensure that all lifting operations comply with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the rigging and lifting of heavy materials and equipment.
- Conduct pre-use inspections of lifting equipment and report any defects.
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS ticket for Slinger/Signaller (A40) category.
- Previous experience as a Crane Slinger/Banksman in a construction environment.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to lifting operations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in outdoor environments and at heights.
