- Managing helpline both phone and email
- Patient advise on the products / product compilation e.g grams of protein or allergans
- Producing product materials
- Involved with marketing campaigns
- Using abbott approval system
- Clinical papers
- Internal training to sales teams and sometimes external people
- Involved in education events / sourcing guest speakers for podcasts etc
- Will liaise with other teams across EMEA / cross over of projects
- Must be a registered Dietitian
- 6 months post qualification experience in a clinical setting
- Confident in presenting to others / carrying out training to others
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to manage own time
