Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience working with SEN students is desirable but not essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building positive relationships with students and colleagues.
- Passion for SEN: Demonstrated passion for supporting the educational and personal development of children with special needs.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt teaching strategies and approaches to meet the diverse needs of SEN students.
- Qualifications: While not essential, relevant qualifications or training in SEN support would be beneficial.
