Role Overview:
- Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Responsibilities: Working in 3-hour blocks, providing 1:1 support to children who struggle to access the full curriculum in a classroom setting.
- Location: Delivering sessions in students' homes or neutral settings like community libraries.
- Duration: Blocks of work can range from 4 weeks to termly, depending on the complexity of the students' needs.
- Commitment: Ability to adhere to provided timetables, ensuring consistency for students.
- Hours: Children work no more than 15 hours per week.
- Specialisms: Positions available for both Primary and Secondary teachers with core subject expertise.
- Communication: Proficient in communication strategies with students and the organization.
- Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom of shorter days while making a significant impact.
