We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager. As a pivotal member of the Anglian Water framework, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
- Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report regularly to project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Manage site resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the water sector, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience implementing safety protocols on construction sites.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
